After returning from a young leadership mission to Israel, TAMID Group Chairman of the Board Max Heller conceived the idea of a mission exclusively for the growing TAMID Pro community. Heller imagined that a trip to Israel with carefully curated meetings and tours would enrich each participant’s career and connection to Israel – all while recharging their commitment to TAMID.

The inaugural mission, in the summer of 2017, was a huge success, and left both Pro members and the companies they visited eager for more. Thanks to the generous support of the Paul E. Singer Foundation and other private philanthropists, we are able to bring to Israel the next group of 11 excellent Pro Members.

The mission is an example of our effort to create a strong community of young professionals who will stay connected to TAMID and Israel. We want our members to know that TAMID will remain their family even after they graduate, and will continue providing them opportunities for professional development, long lasting friendships, and connection to the Israeli economy. We hope to see the mission expand in future years, and are also working on other initiatives and social events for the benefit of our Pro members.
